D.O.A Policy
We do Offer a D.O.A pollicy so here it is......
If in the unlikely event you receive your fish dead you need to let us know by email within one hour of receiving your parcel.
This needs to be supported by a good clear picture of the dead fish in its unopened bag as received. This should be emailed to logan534@hotmail.com
Following this you will receive a full refund for the value of your fish.
P&P is non refundable.
Our standard postage D.O.A policy is in place to protect the interests of you our customer and ourselves.
